Return and Exchange Policy

How It Works

I want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, I will gladly accept items for exchange or refund if you contact me within 7 days of the delivery date, unless it hadn't be worn, used or damaged. accompanied by the original package.

In case of Refund: 25% of the original price would be deducted. 
"As you know hand-made jewellery are sensitive items and maybe defected or damaged exposed by several times of the shipping".


All returns must include the original packaging and must be in the same condition as when it was received.

Please note: Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchanged unless defective.
As you know that we are may offer a free local and international shipping, but in case of return or exchange, it will be on your own cost.

I make each piece of jewellery with great care and attention to detail.
Each piece is specially created for you. Due to the nature of handcrafted items.


I only accept returns and exchange if the item that you received is defective.

If there is any problem with your order,

please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package.

We do not accept return or exchange
for:
- Custom order and personalized item.
- Items on sale.

We accept cancellations within 24 hours from order date.

Return/exchange item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition as when it was purchased.


Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

 

Please keep your proof of delivery confirmation as customers are also responsible for any of the returned item which is lost or damaged.

Shipping and Delivery

How It Works

At RIHAM SALEH I'm proud to offer DHL Express worldwide shipping service.

Excludes: (Russia, North Korea, Yemen, Qatar, Palestine, Israel, Iraq, Iran).

Your order will be shipped within 1- 3 business days from the time we have received your order if the item is ready to ship, otherwise it may take up to 12 weeks to ship if it is a costume or made by order.

Contact me to check the availability info@rihamsaleh.com and I'll answer you within 72 hours max.

 

Local Customers:

  • Local delivery will be within one to two days from the date of the shipping date. Your order will be shipped via DHL Express service. Via this service, tracking is provided.

 

  •  International Customers:

International delivery will be within two to five days from the day of the shipping date. Your order will be shipped via DHL Express service. Via this service, tracking is provided.

Please note:

International customers are responsible for any duty, taxes or other fees that may be charged by their local customs regulations.

 For any custom, special orders or special sizes, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks processing time.

 

​You will receive a shipping notification email once your order is shipped, and notification email by the tracking number.

 

Items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you'd like me to ship it to another address please let me know before setting your order.

Delivery time may take longer during holiday seasons or due to custom delays, etc.
